Our company continues to innovate in their business to continue to develop our three main services: Directory Services, Contact Center and Content Services. Especially in the Contact Center, we provide outsourcing services for managing the Customer Relations Management (CRM) through the activities of inbound and outbound contact center by utilizing the latest communication technology via telephone, sms, email, website, and chat. In TSB business development, now we need candidates who are interested to join our company and participate in the process. Currently, we are seeking candidates for the position:
Call Center Officer Telkomsel
(Jakarta Raya – BSD tangerang)
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Maximum age 35 years at the time of recruitment
• Minimum education D3 any major, GPA min 2.50
• Willing to work shift
• It has good sound quality / clear articulation
• Strong computer skills using
• Strong English language
• Able neat and clean
• Have a general knowledge of the product Telkomsel
• Graduated from the entire series of selection tests
• Having a call center experience preferred
Responsibilities:
* Serving of calls from customers with good
* Provide information needed for customers associated with the product Telkomsel
* Handling complaints well
* Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers
